Get WiFi password on Windows machine

You can get a saved WiFi password on a windows machine by just using simple commands. This is not a hacking trick but this is a cool way to get someone saved WiFi password. This could be helpful if you get someone's laptop (running on windows) or any windows device (windows 7 or 8) then these simple commands will help you to know his WiFi password. So follow some simple steps given below to get your password.

Step 1. First go to start and type CMD then right click on it then select "Run as administrator"

Step 2. Now type "netsh wlan show profile" (without quotes) (you can't copy it, so just type it )

This show you all saved WiFi SSID on that windows device . As you can see my device has "root@darkcoder" in its saved router's profiles

Step 3. Now we are going to dump this router's password, so just type "netsh wlan show profile root@darcoder key=clear" ( you need to enter your saved router's SSID as in my case it's root@darkcoder)

Step 4. When you will hit enter you will get all information about that profile, now scroll down to bottom and you can see that router's password in "security settings" section
